¶ 1 Don Skramovsky purchased a Mission Foods distributorship from Robert Owen in April 2010. While Skramovsky paid Owen $10,000 down to be applied to the full purchase price of the distributorship, he took over operation of the distributorship without paying Owen the remaining balance. Owen sued Skramovsky in the Eleventh Judicial District Court of Montana for breach of contract and unjust enrichment.
