The Wilthan Realty Corporation holds a long term lease of the entire frontage on the west side of Third avenue between Seventy-first and Seventy-second streets for a distance of one hundred feet. Under the Building Zone Resolution of the City of New York the land may be used for business purposes. Upon this property the Wilthan Realty Corporation planned to erect a high-class moving picture theatre and for that purpose, and, indeed, prior to its obtaining its long term lease of the land lying along Third avenue between East Seventy-first and Seventy-second streets, the said realty corporation…
