The intervenor in this proceeding submitted to the superintendent of buildings an application and plans for a permit to erect a public garage on his premises 1101-1113 Prospect avenue, Brooklyn. This property is situated at the corner of Eleventh avenue and the two intersecting avenues are business districts. The site of the proposed garage is 120 feet on Prospect avenue and 100 feet on Eleventh avenue.
