MEMORANDUM ORDER
MARTEN, District Judge.
In the present action, plaintiff Edgar B. Snyder has brought claims of disability and age discrimination against his former employer, Boeing. Boeing has moved for summary judgment. For the reasons stated herein, the court finds that summary judgment is appropriate.
Summary judgment is proper where the pleadings, depositions, answers to interrogatories, and admissions on file, together with affidavits, if any, show there is no genuine issue as to any material fact, and that the moving party is entitled to judgment as a matter of law. Fed.R.Civ.P. 56(c). In…
