OPINION AND ORDER

I. INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff Angel Miranda Torres, an inmate, brings this action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 against Defendants Zoe Laboy Alvarado, Leocadio Hernández, Johnny Heredia Caloca, Captain Héctor Fontánez, Gladys Rivera, Alfredo Murphy Rivera, Captain Luis Aponte, Carlos Rodriguez Delgado, Amaury Pérez, Wilson Morales, Lieutenant José Sánchez, and Richard Ro-sado, in their personal capacities. The Complaint states that Defendants violated Plaintiffs rights under the Fifth, Eighth, and Fourteenth Amendments to the United States Constitution.…
