Defendant in error, Frances M. Saxton, secured a verdict against plaintiff in error in the common pleas court. Motion for a new trial was filed and overruled. Judgment was rendered upon the verdict. To this action of the court error is prosecuted.
The petition asserts nine grounds of error, all of which were covered in a general way under headings presented in the briefs, and in oral argument. We refer to the parties as they appeared in the trial court.
