W. K. Weatherly, trading as Weatherly Ap pliance Company, instituted suit against Grady Veal to recover $185.22 as an unpaid balance due the plaintiff as purchase-money for an electric refrigerator. The contract provided that the purchase-money should be paid in installments, and that the seller retained title to the refrigerator until the purchase-money was paid. The contract also contained the following provision: "No agreement, guaranty or warranty, express or implied, shall limit or qualify this contract, unless in writing and duly signed by retailer and purchaser.”
