J.H. Cosgrove Contractors, Inc., Harold N. Cosgrove, Barbara A. Cosgrove, William M. Adams, and Barbara J. Adams (“Plaintiffs”) appeal the order of the trial court granting the motion of Roger A. Raster, Mark A. Meyerdirk, Michael W. Gegen, Ben D. Benjamin, Henry D. Bobe, and Dick A.
