MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

INTRODUCTION
Three matters are currently before the Court. The chapter 13 trustee, Kathleen McCallister (“Trustee”), seeks to dismiss this case under § 1307(c) alleging “unreasonable delay,” See Doc. No. 30.1 Laura Ann Mathews (“Debtor”) objects to dismissal, and instead seeks an order confirming her plan over Trustee’s objections to confirmation. See Doc. No. 41. And Trustee objects to one of Debtor’s claims of exemption, which has ramifications in the event the plan’s confirmation is considered. See Doc. No. 43. That exemption…
