Reversing.

*339The appellant, James Milton Bates, was indicted for the offense of carrying concealed upon or about his person, a deadly weapon, other than an ordinary pocket knife. A warrant was ordered issued for his arrest to require his presence to answer the indictment and to perform the judgment of the court, and his bail was fixed at the sum of one hundred dollars.
