Reversing.

Appellant, Gnssie Yeal, was arrested on a warrant from the Galloway County Court, charging him with violating the local option law by selling whiskey to J. Wavil Wade. He was convicted in that court and fined $65. Prom the judgment of conviction he appealed to the circuit court, where he was again adjudged guilty and his fine fixed at $100. Prom that judgment this appeal is prosecuted.
