Richard Eleven, II appeals from the dismissal of his suit against the Texas Department of Criminal Justice — Institutional . Division (TDCJ). Eleven, an inmate acting pro se, sued TDCJ and two of its employees, Matthew Cheatham and Gary Stevens, in them individual capacities. In his petition, Eleven contends that TDCJ was depriving him of his right to compensation under Tex.
