OPINION

ORME, Judge:

T1 Alleging error in the denial of her pretrial motion to suppress evidence, Susan Tripp appeals from her jury conviction of automobile homicide. We conclude that the appeal is well-taken, reverse the trial court's denial of the motion to suppress evidence, and remand for a new trial.

BACKGROUND
