MEMORANDUM OPINION
NORMAN K. MOON, District Judge.
This matter is before the Court upon the Government’s request for restitution on behalf of “Amy,” a child depicted in sexual abuse images unlawfully possessed by Defendant, filed on February 18, 2010 (docket no. 15), and Defendant’s response thereto, filed on March 15, 2010 (docket no. 24). After consideration of the arguments set forth therein, and presented at the hearing on March 22, 2010, for the following reasons, the Court will GRANT the Government’s request for restitution, and will ORDER the Defendant to pay the victim a nominal figure…
