This case is presently pending before the Court on Defendant’s motion for summary judgment. (Doc. 11) Plaintiffs complaint alleges Defendant discriminated against her in violation of Title VII on the basis of her pregnancy by reducing her ability to earn overtime compensation, harassing her, increasingly scrutinizing her work, and discharging her.
