A. Summary of Mr. King’s Claims
Plaintiff James R. King (“Mr. King”) initiated this job discrimination lawsuit against Defendants CVS Caremark Corporation (“CVS”) and Cody Berguson (“Mr. Berguson”) arising under federal and Alabama law on April 27, 2012. (Doc. 1). On December 12, 2012, Mr. King filed an amended complaint containing ten separate counts. (Doc. 19 at 17-26 ¶¶ 92-130).
