MEMORANDUM OPINION
FARNAN, District Judge.
Pending before the Court is Defendant’s Motion To Dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction and improper venue or, in the alternative, to transfer (D.I. 3). For the reasons discussed, the Court will grant Defendant’s Motion.
I. BACKGROUND
Plaintiff Jeffrey J. Kee is a resident of the State of Delaware. Defendant Blue Line Distributing, Inc. (“Blue Line”) is a foreign company with its corporate offices in Ontario, Canada.
