Walworth Leasing Corp. v. Sterni

This is the reargnment of an article 78 proceeding to reverse and set aside a decision of the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Walworth, New York, and for an order directing said board to issue a special permit to the petitioner for the erection of a mobile home community in said town. The court now has before it a stenographic transcript of the proceedings before the board, a copy of the zoning ordinance, a copy of the decision, and the answer of the respondents.
