This article 78 proceeding is brought to review and annul a decision of respondent Board of Appeals of the Town of Southold (“ Board ”) which granted permission to respondents Tyler to use a portion of their two-acre parcel of land, located on the north side of School House Boad, in the hamlet of Cutchogue, Town of Southold, for the operation of a transient trailer camp area, pursuant to the applicable sections of the town’s Building Zone Ordinance.
