Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Tompkins County (Sherman, J.), rendered September 6, 2006, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of rape in the first degree, criminal sexual act in the first degree (two counts), kidnapping in the second degree, coercion in the first degree, criminal use of a firearm in the first degree, criminal contempt in the first degree (two counts) and resisting arrest.
