PRICE, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from a judgment of the District Court of Nueces County, 117th Judicial District. Eugene Mitchell as plaintiff sued the Farmers’ Gin Co-Operative Association to recover damages for personal injuries alleged to have been caused by a collision between an automobile in which he was riding and a truck driven by an employee of defendant.
