I. INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff Dunkin’ Donuts Incorporated (“Dunkin’ Donuts”) brings this action 1 against franchisee Gav-Stra Donuts, Incorporated (“GSDI”) and its shareholders Michael Gavriel, Cathy Gavriel, and George Stratis to enforce termination of the franchise agreement and to require Defendants to comply with their post-termination obligations.
