Appellants, Charles and Shauna Shirey (“Shireys”), appeal from an order of the district court granting summary judgment in favor of respondent, Farmers National Bank (the “Bank”). The Bank sought and obtained a declaratory judgment from the district court declaring its security interest in specific property to be superior to that of the Shireys.
