MEMORANDUM OF OPINION AND ORDER

RANDOLPH BAXTER, Chief Judge.

The matter before the Court is the motion of Jerry and Shelly Moon (the “Debtors”) to extend the automatic stay as to the Debtors pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 362(c)(3)(B), and for clarification as to the effect of the automatic stay as to their property and as to property of the estate in their bankruptcy case. An objection has been filed by Countrywide Home Loans, Inc. (“Countrywide”).
