ORDER CONFIRMING TERMINATION OF THE AUTOMATIC STAY

This matter comes before the Court upon a Request for an Order Confirming Termination of the Automatic Stay (“Request”) filed by National City Home Loan Services, Inc. (“National City”). The Request was served on all creditors and parties in interest. National City seeks an order confirming termination of the automatic stay pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 362(j) 1 and SC LBR 4001~l(d).
