Virgil Smith appeals from judgments of conviction entered in the Superior Court (Cumberland County, Fritzsche, J.) following jury verdicts finding him guilty of one count of arson in violation of 17-A M.R.SA. § 802(1)(B)(2) & 802(2) (1983) and four counts of depraved indifference murder in violation of 17-A M.R.SA. § 201(1)(B) (1983).
