MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

ARRAJ, Chief Judge.

This matter is before the Court on plaintiffs’ request for a mandatory injunction requiring the defendants to allow inspection and copying of the record of shareholders of Equity Oil Company (hereinafter referred to as Equity). Due to the exigencies of the situation, the Equity shareholders’ meeting being scheduled for May 10, 1969, hearing and determination of the request have been expedited by both Court and counsel.
