Now before the Court is the motion of defendant-counterplaintiff and plaintiff Pal-iafito America, Inc. (“Paliafito”), to hold Joy Lee, Jerry Lee, and David Loeffler, Esq. in civil contempt of court for violating several orders of this Court.
