MEMORANDUM DECISION

ROBERT D. MARTIN, Bankruptcy Judge.

On February 6,1980, the Circuit Court of Brown County, Wisconsin, in case no. 79 CV 1734, dissolved the marriage between the plaintiff, Elizabeth Scannell Howe, and the debtor/defendant Steven James Scan-nell. The final judgment of divorce, which incorporated a stipulation (“the divorce stipulation”), required the defendant to pay the following relevant amounts: A. as property division: 1) $7,250.00 bearing 9% annual interest, payable in equal bi-weekly installments of $140.00; 2) approximately $8,300.00 for the parties’ 1979 joint tax…
