Plaintiff-Appellant Integrated Financial Services, Inc. brought suit against Defendant-Respondent and Cross-Appellant Chase Manhattan Service Corporation alleging breach of contract and negligence for Chase’s failure to provide financing under a Loan Commitment issued by Chase to Integrated.
