Appellants Raymond Newberry, Patricia Mendoza, Maria Aboytia, Juana Pulido, Jesus Pulido, Jonathan Pulido, Richard Gonzalez Lozada, Melinda McNeal, Bertha Lozada, Mildred Lytwynec, Nicholas Lytwynec, Gloria Basua, Lizabeth Banue-los, and Carlos Ochoa (collectively “New-berry”) appeal from an order denying them relief from stay to pursue a civil rights action against Debtor-Appellée City of San Bernardino and its employees.
