This action was brought to recover money alleged to have been illegally exacted of the plaintiff under compulsion. To the second amended complaint, which will be referred to as the complaint, a demurrer was interposed and sustained. The plaintiff did not plead further, aud a judgment was entered dismissing the action, from which he appeals.
