Claimant seeks review from an order of the Employment Appeals Board (EAB) denying him unemployment compensation benefits. We review for errors of law and substantial evidence, ORS 657.282; ORS 183.482(8), and affirm.

In 1998, claimant was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII). As a consequence, he lost his driver’s license. Employer terminated him on the ground that he had failed to maintain a driver’s license, which was a requirement of his job.
