Lupiano, J.

Petitioner holds a Ph.D. in psychology and is an assistant professor at the Albert Einstein Institute of Medicine. She applied for admission to the New York Psychoanalytic Institute, an educational association which has an advanced research student program. This program was designed to train psychoanalysts, usually holding the M.D. degree, including highly qualified lay analysts.
