This is an action brought by Nellie M. Smith, plaintiff in error, in the District Court of Albany County, Wyoming, against Julia A. Smith, as Administratrix of the Estate of Dwight P. Smith, deceased, defendant in error, on a promissory note signed by Dwight P. Smith, dated at Laramie, Wyoming, January 17, 1912, payable to the order of plaintiff in error, in the sum of $3,000, due two years after date, with interest at six per cent per annum and collection costs, including attorneys’ fees in case payment was not made at maturity.
