—Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County (Namm, J.), rendered April 14, 1983, convicting him of rape in the first degree, sodomy in the first degree, sexual abuse in the first degree, burglary in the first degree (two counts), robbery in the first degree, and assault in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
Judgment affirmed.
