OPINION
THOMAS M. TWARDOWSKI, Bankruptcy Judge.
Presently before this Court is an application for the appointment of a trustee pursuant to § 1104 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The application was filed by the Official Unsecured Creditors’ Committee against F. A. Potts and Company, Inc. and G. M. P. Land Company, Inc., debtors in a jointly administered Chapter 11 proceeding. The debtors filed a reply in opposition to the application.
