This is an appeal from an order of the Superior Court denying appellant’s motion for attorney’s fees. Appellant had sought an award of $375 “for the actual cost of defending himself” against a motion to hold him in contempt, which was withdrawn by appellee after appellant had filed an opposition pro se. The trial court denied the motion for attorney’s fees, finding that appellee’s actions had not been unreasonable or improper, and that there was no evidence that appellee had acted in bad faith in filing the motion for an adjudica tion of contempt.
