LURTON, Circuit Judge.
This cause is now heard upon motion of the complainants for an interlocutory injunction to restrain the voting at a stockholders’ meeting for the election of directors of 900,000 shares of Southern Pacific stock alleged to be owned by the Union Pacific Railroad Company. The complainants also move for an interlocutory injunction to restrain the. Southern Pacific Company from making any sale or other disposition of Central Pacific shares owned by the Southern Pacific Company, or of a lease of said Central Pacific Railroad held by the Southern Pacific.
