This is an appeal by the respondent and insurance carrier from a judgment and award of the district court in a workmen’s compensation case.

The material facts are: Respondent owns and operates a flour mill in the city of Salina, and a line of country elevators through western Kansas. The claimant had been an employee of the respondent for approximately thirteen years prior to his accidents. The accidents herein mentioned occurred at respondent’s elevator at Lucas.
