Affirming.

On August 4, 1918, T. E. Disbon sbot and killed bis wife, Lillie Conn Disbon, and two days later be died. *498This action, was instituted by the administrator of the wife against the administrator of the husband seeking to recover of his estate damages for her wrongful death. The trial court sustained defendant’s demurrer to the petition and dismissed it, from which judgment the plaintiff appeals.
