Plaintiff recovered judgment against defendant setting aside a deed of certain real estate and an assignment of a certain mortgage, upon the grounds that the transfers were wholly without consideration and unauthorized by plaintiff’s board of directors, and for the net income received by defendant from the property and the mortgage, as an accounting. J. Norman Storr, vice-president and treasurer of plaintiff, being in default on a contract for deed executed in 1928, by which defendant agreed to convey to Storr the property known as the Colonnade Annex at the southeast corner…
