MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Pro se plaintiff Rory Walsh, on his own behalf and as the natural'guardian of minor S.J.W., brought claims under the Freedom of Information Act (“FOIA”), 5 U.S.C. § 552 et seq., against the Federal Bureau of Investigation (“FBI”). 1 The FBI has filed a motion for summary judgment, while Walsh has filed, among other things, a motion for recusal.
