The state moves through the attorney-general to set aside an order confirming the report and award of commissioners in condemnation proceedings.

The. Mechanicville Bridge Company owns a toll bridge which spans the Hudson river, the one end of which is in the county of Saratoga, and the other end in the county of Rensselaer, and which connects highway systems in the two counties. Pursuant to the Highway Law, such proceedings were taken by the attorney-general that commissioners were appointed to appraise the value of the bridge and its franchise rights.
