The Municipal Housing Authority, plaintiff, sought to acquire certain real property owned by the defendant, by a petition duly presented to this court on May 8, 1962. Subsequent thereto, a judgment was granted on June *49215, 1962 adjudging that the condemnation of the defendant’s real property was necessary for the public use, and that the plaintiff was entitled to take and hold the said real property for said public use upon making compensation therefor, and appointed William J.
