I. INTRODUCTION

This case comes before the Court on two Motions to Dismiss, the first filed by Defendants Nevada State Athletic Commission,. Marc Ratner, and Dr. Margaret Goodman (ECF No. 11) and the second filed by Defendants Quest Diagnostics Inc. and John Hiatt (ECF. No. 12). For the reasons stated- below, Defendants’ motions are granted in part and denied in part. Plaintiff Patricia Harding Morrison’s Complaint is dismissed with leave to amend to demonstrate , that she has standing to sue in this case.' However, certain of…
