OPINION AND ORDER

EDELSTEIN, District Judge:

This is a civil action commenced by the government to reduce to judgment certain federal tax liabilities assessed against Jack Cozza, Inc. Jurisdiction is conferred on this court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1340 and 1345.

The complaint incorporates by reference a schedule of unpaid tax liability for a number of periods. By partial consent judgment filed April 15, 1985, defendant consented to the entry of judgment for every period listed in the schedule except one.
