This case involves a challenge to Substitute House Bill 30551 (SHB 3055), “AN ACT Relating to admissibility of DUI [driving under the influence of an intoxicant] tests; amending RCW 46.61.506; reenacting and amending RCW 46.20.308 and 46.20.3101; and creating a new section.” Substitute H.B. 3055, 58th Leg., Reg.
