This is an appeal from a pro forma decree of a Justice of the Superior Court affirming a decree of the Industrial Accident Commission awarding further compensation to the petitioner.

The petitioner was injured September 25, 1929, in an accident arising out of and in the course of his employment. In the report of the accident and in an agreement for compensation filed October 22,1929, the injury is described as a fractured rib.
