OPINION
ORLOFSKY, District Judge:
Plaintiff, Stephen Kapossy (“Kapossy”), brings this action against his former employer, McGraw-Hill, Inc. (“McGraw-Hill”), alleging age discrimination in violation of the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination, N.J.StatAnn. §§ 10:5-1 to 5-38 (Count I), what the plaintiff calls wanton and willful conduct (Count II), breach of contract (Count III), breach of an implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing (Count IV) and wrongful discharge in violation of New Jersey’s public policy (Count V).
